If your website has been suspended due to non payment of an invoice, once your invoice has been paid, your account will be re-enabled within immediately.
If your website has been suspended due to abuse of resources or other event, the account will be reactivated once our investigation is completed on the account. In some cases the account will not be reactivated. Clients will be contacted in both situations.
